PWC Homeschoolers is dedicated to enriching the lives of community members in Prince William County. There are a variety of programs and activities available for people of all ages to engage in in our area, and we’re happy to assist our community in finding a wide range of options for them to enjoy.

Multi-sports or PE​

  • Bowl America (owned by Bolero) offers a homeschool league that meets on Wednesdays in Woodbridge; contact Barry Clark 703-987-5417

  • Coach Lucus offers homeschool ice skating lessons at the Prince William County Ice Center in Dale City​

  • Mighty Sprinters has added a 3:30pm to 4:30pm times slot on Mondays and Thursdays  to accommodate homeschoolers and meets in Manassas

  • NOVA BMX offers a homeschool league in Woodbridge

  • NOVA Next Up offers a homeschool athletic program Monday thru Thursday from 10am to 11 am and 11am to 12pm in Gainesville

  • NVHAA Cenurions Sports is a Faith-Based non-profit homeschool sports group that offers Football,Cheerleading, Volleyball, Basketball, Wrestling, Track, & Cross Country for kids 12-18 (middle school & high school) in Manassas, Bristow and Chantilly areas.

  • The Art League offers a wide variety of programs for kids and teens in Alexandria

  • Craftspace offers arts and crafts for homeschoolers in Chantilly

  • Monroe Street offers homeschool multimedia art classes and homeschool sewing classes for variety of ages and levels in Herndon

  • Barefoot University offers weekly forest school meetups in our community with other homeschoolers in Fairfax, Fredericksburg, Spostylvania, Leesburg

  • Bilingüitos  offers Spanish immersion nature play groups in Loudoun

  • Childrens Science Center offers homeschool field trips to co-ops and 2 hour timed entry sessions for famlies during the week at Fair Oaks Mall.

  • Greenland Farm offers customized homeschool programs, beekeeping experiences and embryology programs in Leesburg

  • Fairfax County Library offers homeschool events during the school year

  • Fairfax County Park Authority offers a variety of home school programs in Nature, Science and History in Fairfax.  You can look up their programs through their Parktakes catalog.

  • Lake Anna State Park offers homeschool series on varies days each month in Spostylvania

  • Natural Leaders  offers homeschool programs at various locations and times.

  • Smithsonian Natural History Museum offers Q?irus Discovery Room Homeschool Days (in person or virtual) every first Monday of the month from October to June. Must register for the programs in advance. 

  • Smithsonian National Zoo  Offers online and virtual live classes once a month at no cost. Must register in advance. 

  • The Clifton Instute offers a homeschool nature school that meets every Wednesday from 9am to 1pm in Clifton

  • Widewater State Park offers homeschool series varies days during each month in Stafford

  • Wild + Free has nature groups in various areas of Northern Virginia, must become a member to find groups on map.
